Pelvic Floor & More
Monthly updates to help you achieve and maintain a healthy and happy bladder, core, and pelvic floor
November 2021
November is National Bladder Health Month, and I've been sharing blog posts covering different bladder issues all month. Week 4 is hot off the press! It's all about nocturia, or waking up at night to void. You can read about it below.
If you are one of those people who...
- knows the location of every bathroom in town
- has to rush to get to the bathroom when you arrive home
- leaks when you sneeze or exercise
- gets frequent bladder infections
- wants to know how to decrease your risk of bladder cancer, or
- wakes at night frequently to void
...then this month is for you. It generally takes 6-8 weeks to tackle many of these problems, so if you start today, you can be more comfortable by Martin Luther King Day!
November is also, of course, a month to count one's blessings. I am so grateful to each and every one of you for your support since starting my business. Whether you read a post, liked a tweet, sent a text, became a client, or just laughed with me along the way, I can't thank you all enough for the support you've given me with
this new venture.
As a thank you, please enjoy 25% off any of my services, including wellness services! Click here and use the code THANKFUL. Good for purchase through 12/31/2021, and never expires.
