👉 Many of you shared that you don't feel "normal" after having your baby. In fact many of you commented that you're uncertain about what's normal and what's not
👉You're having trouble getting rid of your "mummy tummy" and don't know which exercises are safe for a diastasis
👉You're not feeling comfortable in your own skin yet, and are bothered by bladder and bowel
changes
👉You're dealing with leaks, pressure and new pains that aren't getting better
👉You're feeling awkward or hesitant with being intimate in your new body, and some are experiencing pain.
Postpartum recovery can sure be overwhelming sometimes. Sigh...
